We have been baking this way in Stockton since 1993. The dough is made in-house, hand-tossed to order, and finished on stone at high heat so the bottom crisps while the cheese is still bubbling. Order from either our Hammer Lane or Quail Lakes location for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
